About
In the summer of 2003, I graduated from film school in San Francisco, packed my bags, and moved to Hollywood to pursue a career in film.
I worked for a few years at Paramount Studios, first as an intern for a major production company, then as an associate Web editor for a popular entertainment news magazine. I’ve also worked as an online news editor at The Hollywood Reporter and a web producer at FOX Interactive Media.
Please feel free to drop me an e-mail.

Hi Eric!
I just stumbled onto your FANTASTIC blog today, and I’m hooked! I have a Google News Alert set for Martha Stewart and that’s how you came to me. I love totally love your wisdom, your advice, your links, your perceptions, your writing, etc. Even the style of the site is easy to look at and your entries are short and sweet. I read the entire blog today. I’m 31, American, and currently living in Beijing, China. So many of the things you wrote about (people our age always looking to improve the status quo, crappy managers, etc.) really spoke to me. I will be a regular visitor on your site. Please keep up the excellent work!!
Thanks for the compliments, Glen. I’ve been busy, so I haven’t been posting as much, but hopefully that will change soon.
Awesome blog. Keep up the good work and don’t give up on your goals or your dreams.
Hi there Eric, just stumbled onto this page looking for a graphic of Ang Lee to use in a music video, and I realized there are many of us out there trying to break into the film industry (which is even harder for us Asians). What caught me was that you moved to L.A. to pursue your dreams, something I feel I inevitably will have to do as well to become a director. Just leaving a note because I feel we are part of a unique group of artistic people that should stick together and connect as much as possible. Feel free to visit my website or hit me back as you wish,
-Danny Ho

Hey Eric,
It’s Joe Lam, how are you doing. I spoke with Julian recently and he said you did a short film called “Judy ____” (I can’t remember the name). Is it online somewhere that I can watch it? Would love to see it. Hope all is well with you and great blog by the way! -Joe
